Privacy policy
Last updated 30 September 2026
This policy explains what information this website collects, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We wrote it for this site, in plain words. If anything here is unclear, email us and we’ll explain.
Who we are
This website belongs to Lucky Social LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. We’re a boutique digital marketing agency.
- Email: hello@luckysocial.agency
- Mail: Lucky Social LLC, 1500 N Grant St Ste N, Denver, CO 80203
What we collect
What you give us
You choose what to send us. Depending on which form you use, that’s:
- The free content calendar: your email address, and whether you’d also like our monthly email (only if you say yes).
- The waiting list (for services that are coming soon): your name, email address, business name, and the service you’re interested in.
- The new-client form on our Start page: your answers. The form is run by Typeform.
- Booking a call: your name, email address and the time you choose. Bookings are run by Cal.com.
- Ordering The Read: your name, email address, business, your account’s handle, the platforms you pick and two competitors’ handles. Payment is taken by Stripe on its own page; your card details never reach us or this website.
- Emails you send us, and anything you tell us in them.
With each form we also note which form it came from, the page you were on, and the time.
What’s collected automatically
When you visit, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) receives the technical details every website receives: your IP address, your browser and device type, the page you asked for, and the time. We use it to run the site and keep it secure.
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t follow you to other sites.
Cookies and similar storage
Your browser keeps a small note of your cookie choice, so we don’t ask again on every page.
If you say yes to cookies, we may also use:
- Google Analytics 4, to understand how people use the site.
- Meta Pixel, to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram.
These load only after you say yes. If you say no, they don’t load at all.
The Typeform form and the Cal.com calendar are shown on our pages from their own websites. They may set their own cookies when you use them.
How we use it
- To answer you, and to send what you asked for: the content calendar, the monthly email (only if you said yes), a booking confirmation, The Read, or news that a service has opened.
- To prepare for a call or a proposal, if you’re thinking about working with us.
- To run the site, keep it secure and fix problems.
- If you’ve said yes to cookies: to understand how the site is used and to measure our ads.
We don’t sell your information. We don’t rent it out.
Who receives it
We use a small set of tools to run the business. Each receives only what it needs:
- Cloudflare: hosts this website and counts visits.
- Attio: our customer records. Calendar requests, orders for The Read, waiting-list signups and new-client details are kept here.
- Typeform: runs our forms (the new-client form, the order form for The Read, the welcome form and the waiting list).
- Cal.com: runs our booking calendar.
- Stripe: takes payment for The Read.
- Resend: sends our own emails, like the content calendar.
- Substack: sends our monthly email, only to people who said yes and confirmed it there.
- Google (Google Analytics 4) and Meta (Meta Pixel): only if you’ve said yes to cookies.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
Cookies and your choices
- The cookie banner: say yes or no when you first visit. To change your mind, use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page.
- Your browser: most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings.
- Google Analytics: Google offers a browser add-on that opts you out: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Meta: you can manage how Meta uses information for ads in your Facebook or Instagram settings, under Ad preferences.
Email and unsubscribing
Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link. Use it at any time, or email us and we’ll take you off the list. We’ll still reply to messages you send us.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the reason you gave it to us:
- The content calendar request: as long as we keep the customer record it’s part of.
- The monthly email: until you unsubscribe.
- The waiting list: until the service opens and we’ve told you, or until you ask us to remove you.
- New-client details and bookings: while we’re talking about working together, and after that as long as we need them for our records.
- If you become a client, your agreement with us sets out what we keep and for how long.
How we protect it
We use well-known tools with good security, we limit who can see your information, and we use secure connections (HTTPS) across this site. No website or tool is perfectly secure, but we take care with what you trust us with.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we have about you;
- correct it;
- delete it.
Email hello@luckysocial.agency. We may need to confirm it’s you before we act. We’ll reply as soon as we can.
Children
This site is for businesses and the people who run them. It isn’t directed to children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update it on this page and change the date at the top. If a change is important, we’ll make it clear on the site.
